YesScript is a simple Firefox addon which allows you to blacklist websites which will effectively disable javascripts on that website with immediate effect. The addon developer has choosen the opposite path to that of NoScript.

In Windows server 2008/2003, Windows 7, Windows Vista and XP, by default NTFS filesystem maintains file names in old 8dot3 format for every file in long filename format to allow legacy applications to be able to access to these files. If you do not use any legacy applications or using a Fileserver which is extensively used then finetuning or even disabling 8dot3 naming can significantly improve performance.
