Changing user password in XP without having to know the existing password
For some reason you forgot your password or another user forgot their password this will help you to reset the user password without having their old password.
click on Start>Run>and type cmd
From the command prompt window, type net users
Enable Ctrl+Alt+Delete Logon Screen in Vista
This will show you how to Enable Lock this computer from working the Windows Security screen when you press CTRL+ALT+DEL for all user accounts on the computer. Lock is enabled in Vista and is in CTRL+ALT+DEL by default.
