Using DOSBox 0.72 on Windows 7 (32-bit) - works fine in a part-screen window, but when I switch to full screen with Alt and Enter all the colours are changed. Worked fine on Vista. Any idea what can be done about this?

I am trying to run DOS programs through DOSBox 0.72 but it will not let me drop downloaded DOS programs into it. I'm using Vista x86 and I don't know if this is what is causing the problems. Can anybody help?
