If you watch your Tele on your laptop or PC then this might be just for you. ProgDVB is free software for personal use (only) for watching digital TV and listening to radio channels. Supports DVB-S (satellite), DVB-S2, DVB-C (cable), DVB-T,ATSC, IPTV, Analog TV or playback from a file.

Digital TV standards like DVB-S(S2), DVB-C, DVB-T, ATSC and Digital TV audio formats like MPEG, AC3, AAC.

Picture-in-picture support and independent simultaneous recording/playback of several channels from one or more devices

Support VR, VMR7,VMR9 and EVR renderers including OSD (except VR) independently from channel type or signal presence

ProgDVB is supported on WIndows Vista, XP, 2000 and earlier legacy versions and needs DirectX 8.0 or higher, MPEG-2 Video DirectShow codec and H.264/AVC codec if you want to watch DVB-S2 or HD channels.

To check the version of DirectX on the computer, click Start – Search and type  “dxdiag” (Start – Run in WIndows XP/2000). This will show the version of DirectX.
