Translate.Net is free client to many translating services available online including translators, monolingual and bilingual dictionaries. Translate.Net already supports 20 sites, 31 services, 37 languages, 1352 translations directions, including Google translator and dictionary, Wikipedia and Wiktionary, Yahoo Babel Fish Translator, SYSTRAN translator, Merriam-Webster dictionary and thesaurus. Translate.Net  is a easy to use client and can allow translating from one of the many available languages and then to show the services based on the subjects or language translations. Translate.Net also allows you to create different profiles and save history of earlier translation.

All in All a very simple but a great tool fully customisable and is free and opensource.
