XML Notepad is a free opensource software to browse and edit XML files or documents. This is ideal for developers or system administrators who deal with XML file day in and day out. XML Notepad provides a nice GUI for you to browse through the contents of the XML document making it more easy to look and read through the data than by viewing the data among those tags.
