To optimize your registry, there are 2 ways.
The first way is clean your registry manually. But it is high risk to do this if you are not a registry expert. The wrong deleting or modification in registry will leading a computer crack. Some Startup program cannot be found with msconfig commend, thus you need to edit your registry. To load your Windows Registry you can click Start, Run then input regedit. Now you have launched your Windows registry, you can do some modify with your registry. For example, if you want to disable the startup Print program, launch the Windows registry, in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Run, find the right key and disable it. Generally it works well but sometimes this may leave your computer stuck. Some program cannot be uninstalled by this method. The computer spends time in retrieving these file clusters from all over the disc so this causes programs to run slowly. A disk defrag is needed to speed up your computer. You can click Start, Accessories, System Tools, and Disk Defragmenter to defrag your computer disk. A frequently disk defrag is not recommended because a frequently disk defrag will be hard for your computer. Defragment it once a monthly is better.
