This is for only contacts

First make a copy of the public folder contacts on to your personal folders then you will be able to export that into a .CSV

How can I export from Exchange straight into Access without having Outlook involved?

Thanks.

Like Andries:

I’d like to export a public folder calendar from exchange server (not Outlook client) to some text file (csv, excel) or Access-DB. Export should be started by windows scheduler.

Why: the exported appointment-info should be post-processed and published in the web. Want to avoid another SQL instance on the server.

Any hints, tipps or tricks?!

I like the CodeTwo Outlook Export tool. I need to export contact data to Excel once a week and it saves me a lot of time and trouble.
