Save as PDF & XPS files in Microsoft Office 2007

If you are using Office 2007 then there is some good news for you. If you want to save your documents as PDFs or as XPS files (XML Paper Specification) then there is an addon available from Microsoft that can help you. Simply download and install the addons and that should do it for you.

These addons should work on Access,Excel, Infopath, OneNote, Powerpoint, Publisher, Visio and Word 2007.
