I did that.
I have two interfaces.
Bindings: Ethernet as preferred to DataCard.
Metric is same for both networks.

But still windows showing the Datacard's gateway as default gate way.

P.S: I disabled AutoMetric option in Windows XP.

My question is:

Without adding static routing I have to determine the outgoing route (Ethernet/Datacard) based on the socket I bound to.

If I kept both networks on same metric its working fine in case of Ethernet and Wireless combination.

But incase of Datacard and Ethernet combination,
most of the times Datacard is default route, and traffic is going on the selected interface.

but very rarely if Ethernet is default route , the all datacard traffic is also going on Ethernet.
How to overcome it ????

Any help appreciated.

I did that, but Windows is still giving the second network first priority, although both lines are up and working fine!
