Increase bandwidth limit in Windows 7 Home Premium
This tutorial will explain how to Increase bandwidth limit in Windows 7 Home Premium
1. Go to Start > Run… > type ‘regedit’ > OK
2. See if you find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Psched
3. If you find it, set NonBestEffortLimit to the value ’0′ if you want to set to 0.
The QoS Service have to be running.
You could also have a look here: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\Psched\Parameters\Adapters
You have to go through all your network adapters, though.

Wow, that’s the best you can do?
Neither of those places have a nonbestefforlimit. However I don’t know if I have QoS running. How do I start that?
I located the folder, per the instructions above, but there was no, NonBestEffortLimit, listed in the PSched folder, so I decided to add it manually and set it to “0″ THIS REALLY WORKS! Now all of the websites I go to load much, much, much faster! If you want to add it manually, locate the PSched folder and right mouse click in the box to the right, and select “DWORD(32-bit)Value” and type in NonBestEffortLimit and hit enter. Scroll over the new value and select, “Modify” and make sure the Hexidecimal and Decimal values are set to “0″
Nice work Priest, I had to create the folder. I run 64 bit windows so i used QWORD(64bit). Got about a 20% boost to net speed which I am happy with.

To create PCched folder(if not found):
step 1
1.right click on Windows folder that is inside Microsoft folder.
2.goto New.
3.click on Key.Now,a folder is created.
step 2
1.rename the folder with name the NonBestEffortLimit.
2.put the Value data 0.You are done.
3.feel the difference to your freedom for web surfing war.
i created the folder but i have like two vaul chooses whitch one do i use . also i use QWORD(64bit). i have windows 7 home premium 64bit someone tell me if i did this right ? thank you, is it just suppose to be the default value cuz when i put “a” vaule it went away
never mind i think i did it right about the internet windows bandwidth , now i have another problem i am trying to overclock my cpu bus pci board and i cannot for the life of me get into the bios utility when i press all types of f1 f8 f10 del and so on i use a hewlett packerd amp proccessorr tm le 1300 can someone email me with the answer ? gt40man29@yahoo.com

im crate new foldear and value put but my my question is- now im showing in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\Psched\Parameters\Adapters in put values yes or no
about the NonBestEffortLimit… if I go through HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\Psched\Parameters\Adapters, do I create the file in the subfolders of the adapter id as well, or just the main folder?
