With Windows 7 still hot on its heels, its important that we make sure all our software, hardware devices like Camcorder, Digital Cameras etc works just fine with Windows 7 before upgrading to the new operating system.

While we expect to see backward compatibility in Windows 7 and assume our not so old devices and software to work well with the shiny new operating system, not necessarily this be the case. I did assume my HTC Touch HD mobile will be compatibile with WIndows 7 64-bit and sadly not. I’ve worked around the problem which I would soon write about but its a shame I couldn’t get it working on the 1st go.

So, click here to visit the Windows 7 compatibility center to check the various hardware, software and devices and see if yours is on the list.
