Microfi Nitrogen is a native Windows Mobile application to play MP3/OGG songs stored on your Pocket PC, Windows Mobile and PDAs device. Microfi Nitrogen is free opensource media player relased under GPLv3 License. Nitrogen uses the opensource MAD and OVD decoders. As the official releases of MAD for Pocket PC seem to be discontinued, Nitrogen uses the libraries from an opensource player (GSPlayer).

Full MP3,OGG playback

10-band equalizer with presets like Rock, Pop

Shuffle and Repeat mode

Built-in sleep mode and a command to blank screen to turn off display while playing music

File browser, custom playlists, full skin support and Kinetic scrolling

Media Browser with playlist editor

File association options and Album art support

Click here to download the CAB file either from your Windows Mobile or from your PC. Once downloaded (or uploaded to your Mobile from PC) click the CAB file to run the installation. Once the installation compeltes, you’ll find Nitrogen under Programs.
