hye.. i have download Windwows Server 2003 32bit.iso at microsoft website… i burned already to a blank CD. but cannot be install like as your Screen install.. not same.. why? why? why? i like installation windows like your.. but can give me the URL to download? i think microsoft is suck!

Hi, every thing is good but the most important three things are not explained.
1. Computer full name.
2. Licensing
3. Domain Name

Some time computer name and domain name make problem for people who don’t know the difference in them.

I have followed the above guide to the T, but as soon as i go in and try and use any wesbite weather windows update or my own domain i get the error this page cannot be displayed.
Any ideas?

this is really easy process, but can anyone tell me how to make an upgrade from win2000 to win2003 server for an stand alone server (it is not used as an dhcp/dns nor as an exchange or DC). i wolud apresiate any step by step insructions or some manual for doing this. i would like to have all the same funcionaleties of the server and the same data, and programs on it but in another enviroment (the win 2003 server enviroment)

I have tried this, but when installing the option ‘Installing Windows’, it won’t prompt me to configure the Networking Setting. It will just install windows and finalise it.

I did all this for a virtual computer I have setup on my laptop but when i try to log in for the first time after setup the administrator password does not seem to work. ANy ideas to why or how I can find out what it is if i am incorrect ?

One thing I have found is that no one has done a step by step new user loging creation in server 2003+ with the home drive and its file attributes you know what I mean or a clear Utube clip.
It would be great for students.

I just downloaded Windows Server 2003.ISO image to CD but no evaluation key to continue thru the installation. I thought there was a “FREE” evaluation key that will allow you to use for 30 days or something.
Is there anyway I can get a key to continue forward with the installation of Windows 2003 Server?

Pls inform can u use 500 GB HArd Disk in my Optiplex 320 – Desktop Pc’s. In our office we are having 14 computers, can i use this Optiplex320 as a Server by putting 500GB Hard Disk.

Please inform whether this one supports the hard disk or not.

I am using Acer Altos G540 Server Machine. I would like to install Windows Server 2003 Enterprises edition in my system. The System is builtin configured by megaRaid. On installing the Windows Server 2003, it displays an error message “Windows did not found any hard disk” Pls give a solution for the same and let me know how to install Windows Server 2003 in my system.

everything is good but i think 1 thing missing is difference between file types: FAT,FAT32 and NTFS its this that NTFS is better among all among them because of its performance, reliability, its new feature which is well structured and safe
