If you want to open Task Manager in Vista Try one of the following Methods
Method 1
If you’re familiar with those legendary keys bringing up the Task Manager, get ready for a change. Vista’s control+ alt+ delete now brings up a full screen menu.
Method 2
Try this keyboard short cut CTRL+SHIFT+ESC.
Method 3
Right clicking on the task bar opens a context menu, here you can see Task Manager as an option.
Method 4
Open your start menu, and type taskmgr in the search bar, and click enter this will open task manager
