Have you ever tried to edit the Boot configuration in Windows Vista. Well, good if you didn’t. With Windows Vista, the famous boot.ini file is gone and is replaced by “Boot Configuration Data (BCD)”
While, it seems to be advanced, I have to admit, it doesn’t give the simplicity of boot.ini.
I found this tool EasyBCD from Neo Technologies which comes much as a relief should you ever try to play with BCD in Windows Vista. With EasyBCD, almost anything is possible.
Setting up and configuring Windows boot entries is simple, and there is no easier way to quickly boot right into Linux, Mac OS X, or BSD straight from the Windows Vista bootloader - on the fly, no expert knowledge needed!

EasyBCD is geared for users of all kinds. Whether you just want to add an entry to your old XP partition or want to create a duplicate for testing purposes; if you’re interested in debugging the Windows Kernel or septuple-booting your seven test operating systems, EasyBCD is the key
EasyBCD is easy to use and no much fuss. Installation is a simple wizard and the tool is ready and every menu option is very much self-explanatory. As long as you know, what your trying to do with Boot configurations, then you need no more expertise.
