Comments on: Fix for Registry editing has been disabled by your administrator error

when i am edit the registry by regedit, it is showing the error “registry editing has been disable by system administrator” and i am not able to install any software of tools please help us how to resolve this problem?

I follow solution 1( “”Start -> Run and enter %windir%\system32\gpedit.msc press ok

Navigate the following key

User Config\Admin Templates\System\Prevent Access To registry Editing Tools

Change to… Not Configured”" ), but the following option is not available “Prevent Access To registry Editing Tools option”.When i am trying with solution 2( “”Go to “Start >> Run” or press “Windows Key + R”.

Type this command exactly as given below (add this in single line)

REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableRegistryTools /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f”" ) even then i am finding the same problem (“registry editing has been disable by system administrator”)Can any body solve this problem?

is it worm or virus? or my machine is infected from the virus.
