This tutorial will explain you how to Hide the Delete option from Recycle bin Context Menu and replace delete option with search.
By default vista recycle bin is having the delete option as shown below
Now you need to download registry hack from here to your desktop right click on this select Merge
Warning message here you need to select ok
Registry chnage successfully applied to your system and click on ok
Now you can see the recycle bin options as below
