		<description>It was almost cool... and then I realized that you &lt;b&gt;have&lt;/b&gt; to keep the shortcut on your desktop for it to work. For example, if you create a shortcut to My Pictures in the My Documents folder and set the properties for a hot key, it doesn&#039;t work. The moment you move that shortcut to the desktop, it&#039;s all good.
