Thanks for the info on changing the time synch interval. With the default value, my computer's clock was drifting enough to mess up scheduled video recordings.

Does anyone know of a way to change the spacing of the day/date/time in the system tray? The only way I can see all three at the same time is to make the taskbar three times as tall as the start button.

If you are connected to a network domain, the time server will be managed by your company’s NPT server. The ‘internet time’ tab then becomes ‘invisible’. If you log out of the domain and log back in again using a local computer account, then the ‘internet time’ tab will become visible again.

My Vista Ultimate installation does not have the 'Internet Time' tab showing on the 'Date and Time' dialog.

Does anyone know why?

The Windows Time Service is running.
