Recycle Bin is the place that all your deleted files and folders goes after you delete them from the original purpose.

If you want to rename your recycle bin use one of the following procedure

For Vista Users

right click the recycle bin and select “rename”

Type a new name for the recycle bin ie:Rubbish

In previous versions of windows this was impossible without editing the registry however in windows vista it’s a snap.
