How to Disable Vista Built-In Zip Functionality (XP,Vista,Win server 2003)

If you are using any other zip utilities you can disable the built-in zip functionality

Click start > run

Run the following commnd click ok

regsvr32 /u %windir%\system32\zipfldr.dll

and simply when wants to re-enable it back, just register it again:

regsvr32 %windir%\system32\zipfldr.dll
