Ever since UPenn tech dept claimed it was “mandatory” to install Corporate Norton, I’ve been unable to deactivate automatic updates. I usually turned them off using the steps described above, but now whenever I go to change settings, it it is permanently on “Install Updates Automatically.” I can’t change the option and it won’t let me click anything else. Do you know what I can do to fix this?
